Libya Under Attack

After days of tortured political crises, civil war between the opposition forces against the forces Gaddafi, finally the United Nations passed a resolution to Libya and continued with air strikes by 3 countries ally, the United States, France and Britain. Fighter jets and missiles owned by allies, bombarded the "military targets" in the city of Tripoli, Gaddafi defense base.
With a reason to "protect civilians" from the attack Gaddafi troops, 110 tomahawk missiles launched from warships ally, which was blocked by anti-missile weapon attacks by troops Gaddafi. These allies attack killed at least 48 civilians and wounded another 150 people.
The question is, is it true reason for the attack on Tripoli was to protect civilians, the fact that the attack was a cause of death and further damage to civilians. Or this is a new form of aggression from the United States and its allies to protect their interests in the Middle East? After their aggression in Iraq and Afghanistan. I think we all know that the United States has many interests in the Middle East and they will try to crush anyone who becomes obstacle. Especially now obviously there is no more force that is able to overpower the United States after the collapse of the Soviet Union. United States acting as policeman of the world use as their standard to justify all their actions against countries seen as a barrier to their interests. After Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya now. After this, the country where more that will be the next target?
